All feature bomb proof 1680 D Ballistics nylon construction, 6061-T6 heavy duty aluminium buckles, removable IP66 rated water & dust proof inner 500 D bag with RF welded seams, ABS stiffener plates and numerous other user-friendly elements.

The Sahara panniers are box stitched AND quad stitched at all stress points, unique to these panniers. They feature a 5 layer construction comprising an outer replaceable wraparound shell of 1680 D ballistics nylon and 600 D tarpaulin.
