Orders & Prices

The website allows a customer to place electronic orders for one or more products on offer as long as such products are available and not sold out.

By placing an order with DFI Imports you agree to our sales terms, conditions and policies.

These terms constitute a binding contract between the customer and DFI Imports. The customer acknowledges agreement and acceptance of these terms by making a purchase, placing an order or otherwise shopping on our website. These terms are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices are listed on our website, and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to make adjustments to pricing, products and service offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes and errors in advertisements.

If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and you have paid, we shall immediately issue a credit.

All prices exclude applicable sales taxes, unless otherwise stated.

A purchasing contract between the customer and DFI Imports shall be complete only once such customer has placed an order and the payment has been processed fully, meaning DFI Imports has received and accepted the payment. If payment fails due to the account not existing, insufficient funds, a credit card number or other information being incorrect, the purchase will not be successful.

Every effort is made to ensure your order arrives on time. Shipping is done through a third-party courier company and is subject to their contracts which may include email and text updates for tracking. DFI Imports is not responsible for goods lost, damaged, or stolen once they have been shipped.

Stock availability

Please note that the stock of all items on offer is limited.

DFI Imports will make all reasonable attempts to ensure that product sales are brought to an end when stock runs out.

If it happens that we are unable to fulfill any order at the advertised price because stock is sold out or unavailable, we will let you know and you will be entitled to a reimbursement for the dollar value you have paid for such product.
