Shipping Policy
Shipping Information
We ship anywhere within Canada that is covered by our shipping provider.
At this stage we are regrettably not able to ship outside of Canada.
Standard and other Shipping Options
By default all packages are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. You will have the option to upgrade to a faster shipping option during checkout. If you have any specific delivery needs, please note in the notes/delivery instructions when you checkout.
Free Shipping
Free shipping on orders totaling $249 or more before taxes. For orders totaling less than $249 before taxes, shipping rates are based on packaged weight, calculated and shown at checkout. Oversized and overweight items do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping rates may change without notice.
​NOTE: We may ship your order in a recycled box, one of the ways we try to help the environment. Please feel free to ship your exchange/return back in the same box.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope that your online shopping is a good experience!
If however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order by following the directions below.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt, and the item must be in the same new condition it was when sent to you, with the original packaging and any product tags intact.
Please be sure to return the item well packaged within a shipping box or suitable shipping bag. We cannot accept an item returned where the original product box is used as a shipping box.
(e.g. if you purchased a helmet, the helmet box must be unmarked and unaltered and placed WITHIN a shipping box)
Once approved, your credit will be processed back to your original payment method.
New condition note!
Any merchandise which has been 'taken out for a ride' is considered used and cannot be returned, as is any gear e.g. luggage that has obviously been installed on your bike.
Vehicle Parts: Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed is non-returnable.
Returning Product via Mail for a Refund

We will only consider requests for returns within 14 days of purchase. If approved, the return must occur within a further 14 days.

Email us at contact@desertfox.ca or call 604 815 9396 to request an RA number and the shipping information to ship your item back to us. Be sure to include a copy of your original receipt.

Ship your package via the shipping method of your choice. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your package and with necessary conditions met, we will refund your original payment method within 5 business days.

You can request an In-Store Credit, Exchange, or Refund.
If you wish to exchange an item for another size/colour, we suggest you return the item using the above steps and place a new order for the size/colour right away as this will avoid delays.
Shipping fees incurred on the original purchase are non-refundable.
Have you run into a problem with your purchase?
Often a quick call to our staff is all that is needed to solve a problem. If the problem persists, or if you feel the product is in fact defective, we will take the steps needed to initiate a warranty claim. Depending on the situation, this may require us to contact our supplier, or it may be a simple replacement on the spot. We do our level best to solve the problem as quickly as possible!
