The Desert Fox Kalahari is a tough motorcycle rear bag / backpack with an easy to fit 4-point mounting system, suitable for most bikes.

Designed specifically for rugged off-road use, yet with a multi-purpose approach to on & off  the bike functionality.

The Kalahari comes equipped with integrated back pack straps that tuck away neatly into the base of the bag.

The base of the rear bag is also padded for additional comfort, when in backpack mode.

Perfect for daily commuting and weekend trips, it is also compatible with aircraft cabin carry-on luggage size requirements.

​Manufactured from bomb proof 1680 D Ballistics nylon.

​Ballistic nylon refers to a very specific type of nylon fabric that has been engineered for unrivalled abrasion & tear resistance. In fact, its original intended purpose was for to protect aircraft personnel from shrapnel resulting from gunfire, artillery shell explosions, and other ballistic impacts.

• Easy access to contents while on the road- Dual side openings allow access without having to remove the bag from the bike.

• Dual Side openings roll down- No zippers that can fail.

• 6061-T6 heavy duty aluminium buckles.

• 1680 D Ballistics nylon construction.

• Removable 500 D inner with high frequency RF welds i.e., no stitching making it 100 % water & dust proof. No rain cover required. Simply remove the inner bag at your destination.

• Additional integrated luggage straps for securing fuel cells, tents, camping chairs , sleeping bags & stretchers on top of the bag.

• Outer flap covers additional items you may wish to lash on top.

• Quick access mesh pocket under outer flap for cell phones, cameras, maps etc.

• Additional pocket under outer flap for rainsuits , tools or any wet items that require separating from the main bag.

• Easy to mount via 4 robust cam locks and subframe loop straps.

• Carry handles on each side.
